These Terms of Use govern your use of de-couvre.com (the "Site"), operated by DÉCOUVRE, a content studio based in Los Angeles, California. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
All photographs, videos, text, graphics, logos and design on the Site are owned by DÉCOUVRE or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, download, reproduce, repost, edit, distribute or use any content from the Site, including for advertising, social media, AI training or commercial purposes, without our prior written permission.
The Site shows selected work created for hotels, restaurants and hospitality brands. Property names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Showing this work does not mean those brands endorse the Site, and it does not give you any right to use their names or marks.
Information on the Site, including service descriptions, is for general information only. Submitting an inquiry does not create an agreement. Every project is governed by a separate written proposal or contract, which sets out the deliverables, fees, timing and usage rights. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
