DÉCOUVRE ("we", "us") is a content studio based in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what information we collect through de-couvre.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
We only collect information you choose to send us. When you submit our inquiry form, we receive your name, business email, property or brand, website, location, timing, budget range, intended content use and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Like most websites, our hosting and content delivery providers automatically receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on the Site.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We use trusted third parties to run the Site: Netlify (hosting and form processing), Google Fonts (typography) and cdnjs/Cloudflare (script delivery). These providers process limited information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We keep inquiry and project correspondence for as long as needed to respond, deliver our services and meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, then delete it.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. California residents may also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what information we collect and to request its deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email hello@de-couvre.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity.
Because we do not track visitors across websites, the Site does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
